Rape is Rape is Rape

The FBI has officially changed the definition of rape. Prior to this definition change, rape was defined as "The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will."  The definition is now:

“penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

The new definition expands the old definition of rape, and now includes men as victims, and penetration of any orifice with an object or sexual organ.

In my opinion, this is a victory for equality. What do you think?

Cars Make Women Have Sex

Hey all you men out there: Have you ever wanted to get a girl to have sex with you? Then let her drive! It's as simple as that, according to the highest religious council,  Majlis al-Ifta’ al-A’ala, in Saudi Arabia. Yes indeed! And if women are allowed to drive, within 10 years, there will be no more virginsin the country.

You heard that right. No more virgins. Apparently, young children will be driving and having sex. Or are children not virgins? And we all know that cars make you have sex. I mean, there are no virgins at all in the world. They're all located in the one place that doesn't allow women to drive--Saudi Arabia. Right? RIGHT?

Oh, did I mention that you'll also become gay if you drive? Just thought I'd let you know.

Competition? (Sorry. I had no idea what to call this one. Is it bad that I'm laughing? Not at the protest, but at the way they went about it. GO LADIES. OCCUPY... UH...)

In Kiev, Ukraine, five members of FEMEN (a women's rights organization in Ukraine) staged a topless protest. Why? Because they want to prevent legalization of prostitution for the upcoming 2012 European Competition.

How long did the protest last? About five minutes. Also, this isn't the first time members of FEMEN have staged topless protests. I couldn't find censored pictures of so many protests in one link, so warning, this source shows nipples in depicting the multiple topless protests by FEMEN.

Apple and Siri (now called iDon'tKnowWhereAbortionClinicsAre)

Despite the fact that Steve Jobs was adopted (and forced birthers just love to flaunt that to support their side), Apple claims that it is not anti-abortion. This comes from a glitch in Siri, the iPhone 4S's voice assistant, in which no results would turn up if you searched for abortion clinics unless you searched for the place directly (for example, searching "Planned Parenthood" turned up results, but there were none for the question "Where can I get an abortion?").

Perhaps Saudi Arabia, since the religious organizations there are so concerned about what women do, should buy those iPhones and give them to women?
